Last night I had a 'confrontation' with the errant sheep from the team, an old school guy who has more memories than dreams, but talented none the less, just raw. He thanked me for speaking truth in love into his life and was fairly amazed when I told him that I pray for him and his family each day. Overall it was a very positive experience.
