I had no idea that I shared birthday’s with Nelson Mandela… but Carlos says I do, so I’m going with it! I recently read this post over at The Practice of Leadership blog about Nelson Mandela’s philosophy of leadership. I found it very interesting and challenging.
I especially love this concept: “Courage is not the absence of fear — it’s inspiring others to move beyond it.” He has obviously lived this out over his 90 years… what a legacy… very inspiring.
