Shane, I too am a lover of the Key Lime and its wonderful pies…I am sure you have had some good Key Lime pie in your young (at least compared to mine) life, but you have not really had Key Lime pie until you have it at the Dolphin’s Den in Avon, NC. I won’t attempt to explain or describe, just trust me on this…
I recommend you make it a personal goal to visit the Dolphin’s Den in Avon prior to your next milestone B-Day. Not only will you find the finest Key Lime pie I have ever tasted, but you will also have a chance to enjoy the beaches of the Outer Banks, the most beautiful beaches on all of the East Coast.

Speaking of Key Lime Pie. Some of the best your can get is from The Blonde Giraffe in Key West. The best way they fix it is a slice on stick dipped in Chocolate. (They ship it by the way…)
