I was reading through The Practice of Leadership blog and came across two great posts on leadership transitions. It was interesting to see how these two posts complemented my own experiences in leadership transitions. (I shared some lessons learned in this post earlier this week.)
The first article is entitled “5 tips on making a successful leadership transition“. The second article is entitled “Six leadership transition lessons from the new CEO of Citigroup“.
Each article offers great tips to the leader who is transitioning into a leadership position that has a greater level of responsibility and/or is taking over an existing team from a previous leader.
