I just finished reading Simple Church by Thom S. Rainer and Eric Geiger. This book offers great insight for church leaders who want to see their church grow in its number of true Christ followers and not in the number of programs it offers. I would highly recommend this book to those in ministry leadership, but the principles offered in this book would translate to any type of business.
