What does leadership demand? A question I struggle with everyday. Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:
Leadership = Vision
Leadership = Passion
Leadership = Service
Leadership = Wisdom
Leadership = Patience
Leadership = Forgiveness
Leadership = Strength
Leadership = Mercy
Leadership = Not knowing everything
Leadership = Accountability
Leadership = Responsibility
Leadership = Time
Leadership = Love
Leadership = Pain
Leadership = Sleepless Nights
Leadership = Being Misunderstood
Leadership = Sacrifice
Leadership = Jesus
To lead well I must take on all the traits of Jesus… otherwise I’m just holding a position, I’m not leading.
